To my logic I would expect that any carpet, tiles, rugs sold on Ebid would be DIY since there are no services.
On Ebay I might look for someone who would supply and fit.

Tough question and great logical response by Bill. However car parts and accessories isn't in DIY category and I don't believe the sellers are installing the parts for the buyer.
Would a flooring category get filled with current listings or was it just observed there is no flooring category? If there are enough listings to fill the category I'm all for it but if it will create a new category with few listings then nah, why waste the effort.
