Can you identify where these stamps come from?

The second stamp is Northwest Russia, the anti-bolshevik Army of the North, 1919
OKCA in Russian is the initials of Special Corps Army of the North.

The first puzzles me, the script is japanese but I don't recognise it.

Could be Ryukyu Islands.

I can't see a postage value on the stamp, so it could also be a label which was originally attached to a stamp.
