Problems setting up a new eBid store

I have a SELLER+ status but I have tried and failed many times to set up and post online my eBid store.

I have managed previously to update section 2 but cannot get beyond this phase.

I then tried to delete my store and create it again with the same username, but the website told me that somebody else (probably me) already had the username, but when I looked for my eBid store with the previous username, the website told me that it didn't exist.

I would like to set up my store with the same username as before.

Please somebody help

I'm not sure what eBid's rules are concerning your item photos, my husband has just enjoyed them, but they may be too close to the edge...

If you can't get beyond section 2 - perhaps you are trying to create a Run Until Sold listing and then trying to create a starting bid price in section 3 - you can only do a Buy Now price for RUS listings.

Contact support@ebid.net and explain to them about deleting your store but want it back again.

If you can't get beyond section 2 - perhaps you are trying to create a Run Until Sold listing and then trying to create a starting bid price in section 3 - you can only do a Buy Now price for RUS listings.

Contact support@ebid.net and explain to them about deleting your store but want it back again.

Go to you eBid page and 'My eBid Stores' at the top of that page it has a drop down box saying 'Choose store to configure'. If you click on that does your store show up there ? If not you might have to contact support (support@ebid.net ) if it has been totally deleted and you want to get it back.

There is a helpful HTV video done by bykimbo called 'How to make your eBid shop' which is third line up from the botton on this page http://uk.ebid.net/htv_selling.php which will give you step by step instructions.
