Just to let you know I've had this email come in from the landlady at the Atlantic Inn in Porthleven saying our cheque has arrived safely.

Yes it has, Jeremy hasn’t picked it up yet (at sea) you will get a letter of receipt and thanks in the next few weeks.
Thank you so much, the money will probably go to the ice house as it sustained more damage than previously thought and the ice is so important to all the fishermen.

I received this Letter from Laurencekirk Thursday Group. A big thank you to all that bid on or bought my items. Even this amount makes such a big difference to this little group.

Had a nice reply arrive in the post today.



The bit at the bottom is referring to my O/H's late father and grandfather who were gamekeepers and later on National Trust wardens on an estate on the outskirts of Porthleven !
