I have just had the same message, I have contacted their support centre about it.

Had this reply back from pinterest at 18:05, but I have been out and just got it, so it is probably fixed by now.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this issue! It's a bug on our end and it should be fixed momentarily.
Don't worry - you'll be able to Pin and like as usual in just a bit.
