Hopefully....as E££y judges more sellers to be defective then in theory we should see many more sellers and again in theory buyers come to this site....the trouble the theory doesn't seem to be taking place, and where the banned sellers are going is a mystery.....perhaps they've completely given up selling online?.

With that said....there is one thing that we might be able to take advantage of, and this is the ....in European terms reluctance of Ebay sellers to deal with certain countries as a result of the defect system.
An inr claim will count as a defect and therefore there's been an increase in the exclusion of certain countries that many sellers will ship their items to, European trouble spots have been Italy,Greece, malta and Cyprus...those who will still ship to these countries will apply high signed for charges onto the shipping costs.

Previously i have had the bad luck to be hit by the Italian inr scenario....over on another site, on the other hand i've had many parcels arrive there in 4 days...so ....maybe the italian postal service isn't as bad as we're often led to believe.
So for those of us who are prepared to take a chance on these countries then maybe things could start looking up over here.
