Google shopping

Just wondering if Ebid still submit to Google Shopping (or it's replacement).
If so, can used clothing be added?
My items do not have product numbers but I have read somewhere to put exempt in the Product number box of my listings just wondering if this is the right thing to do?

As far as I know eBid still sends listings with BINs to Google shopping. Exempt used to be the rule for listings without barcodes, now I think it's for stores, (someone please correct me if I'm wrong here), as I asked support for an exemption and got one for my vintage jool store (no barcodes).
