Just another cold, grey day here.

At least there is nothing falling from the sky yet!

Hortible - sleet and snow and it's freezing

It's a brighter shade of grey here today, yesterday was dark grey, cold and drizzly.

After a damp start, a bit of watery sunshine is peeping through - but not enough to put the washing out on the line !

Blue sky, a few white clouds and sunshine. So washing is out

It's a lovely day here too - sun is shining, mild, not much wind to speak of.
The birdies are very active gathering twigs and bits of moss for their new homes!

Cold, grey, wet and breezy here

Tomorrow it is forecast to get worse when Doris arrives.

"A developing area of low pressure, named Storm Doris, is expected to move east across the UK during Thursday.
Rain or sleet will occur at low levels at first, but some snow is also likely, perhaps more so as the system clears to the east.
However, over the high ground and particularly the Southern Uplands, a spell of heavy snow looks likely.
In addition heavy rain may lead to some localised flooding at lower levels."

I can just imagine the panic....
