Here are my guesses:
1) Raining
2) Windy and raining
3) Raining, windy and miserable

No rain here, just sooo cold although outside temps are supposed to be 8C.
I swear it's warmer outside than in this room - supposed to have had the double glazing fixed, the drafts from the windows and doors are telling me I wasted my time.

Trish I agree with you double glazing is not all it's made out to be. raining, a bit windy and miserable, They are re opening our night club, i hope its not just DJ nights for the kids, a firm who own night clubs have bought it but they won't say who.
