Rainy and windy here, per usual.

A cold and frosty morning here in Mid Wales.

It's a beautiful winter's day down here in the Medway valley, bright sunshine, not a cloud int the sky, very little breeze and just a crispness in the air

Colder today but also brighter and windy

I haven't ventured out the door yet so I don't know how cold it is outside. Blue skies and sunny through the front windows. Through the back windows is another matter. As the house faces virtually full north/south the sun never directly hits the back so the front and back rooms of the house often feel like two different worlds.

Never got the strong winds overnight that the BBC weather kept insisting that we would; just rained for the most part.

You didn't get them as they're still over here in Mid Wales and still blowing a right hooley !
The packaging from the fridge/freezer is now in next door's garden which I will sort out as soon as the current shower passes over.

That's what Wales is for - to take the brunt of the weather and dissipate it before it gets to England.
