Confused?

I had a sale this afternoon, with the question attached "I want to buy item, what do I do next"

So I sent invoice in which I reduced postage as it was combined items, and sent a message via ASL as to what I had done and advised on how they could pay.

Got a message back twice, "I want to cancel my order"

Half hour later they paid in full.

So I have now sent them another message do they want to cancel or not.

Wow, and here I thought I was confused...

IMHO you did the right thing in asking the buyer if he/she still wants the items, though in light of the fact that the buyer paid, my guess is yes. Better to ask and be sure, though.

Sorted it was a new buyer.

I just had a newbie buyer,( who paid straight away for a BIN) emailing to see if I'd got his money as he'd got a message from eBid saying
'auction status you were an unsuccessful bidder on this auction'

Think he wondered what was going on too.
