Well, in the interest of Americans, can I suggest adding the word Bulbs in, too? I don't know of anyone who would use Lighting OR Lamps in a search for interior light bulbs, head light or tail light bulbs.

I would assume UK sellers and buyers use lamp in title and searches. U.S. would use bulb.
If searching specific categories bulb users would figure out lamp=bulb.
Adding/changing to ....parts and accessories/ lamps - bulbs wouldn't hurt.

Really, lamp and bulb are not synonymous. A light bulb is a light bulb, but a lamp is a fixture that houses a light bulb.

In the car industry it's different Mel. I work for an electrical contractor and they use lamps. In my cottage I use bulbs.

OH works for a well known car manufacturer and the use of lamps/bulbs is more or less 50/50. If I was searching for a replacement for my car I would use lamp - it's what my manual states - but if face-to-face with a salesman I'd probably say bulb/lamp. So, IMO the perfect category would be Lamps and Bulbs to cater for all continents.
