What are you listing? Have you made sure it is not on the list of banned items? You can find that by clicking the help button at the top right of any page, then looking at the FAQ's on the left for selling......

They may be one of those organizations that don't allow resales.......Dr. Dre is one. To find out for sure, you can contact support via the same help button....then CONTACT US tab, then the link a bit lower.

In case it's not that, are you putting this into a store? If so, is the store online? Maybe someone else will have an idea. I'd check with support first. Remember, they are here in the UK, and it's 5:30 pm on Fri. They are very good, tho, and work, it seems, 24/7. You will get a form email saying they got your query, then will respond in personally quite quickly after that. Good luck......
