Babushka! Where do we start - you are seller+ so you've paid to have up to 5 stores so put your stuff in stores (makes browsing and thus multiple item sales easier). Your items will be automatically uploaded to google shopping so long as they are bin (which most of yours are) and have both the barcode & the manufacturer fields completed.

    other stuff...

if you need to know anything else, ask (on selling board or pm me)
    Madelaine

4 shops for Cats Protection & Prospect Hospice
    My Postcard Shop
    BK Stamps for Philatelic listings
    & Yarnalong for craft patterns
    and
Lotzabitz -anything that doesn't belong in one of the other shops.

As Madelaine has already pointed out ....essentially , by using Ebid as a seller +, or by using a "platinum listing" you're able to access the visibility that Google has to offer, as long as you follow the search engines requirements, you'll find that your listings are featured, this is important because Google allows our listings to be seen by potential buyers/browsers who have not heard of Ebid and through this they learn of the sites presence and from here word of mouth will spread the word that there is another selling platform to buy/sell on.

Concerning attempting to list and obtain good visibility when listing hand made goods......thinking about this "problem"....it seems that the cunning use of keywords can be useful in order to gain decent visibility with Google in these cases.
