The only category at the moment is 'other' which I think is just a coverall for anything and looks lazy.

Isn't this somewhat ambiguous?

I can see confusion arising with decorations used for celebrations such as Christmas, New Baby, Welcome home etc and the non-celebration type.

Is there some way to more accurately describe the decorations but in a less ambiguous manner?

There is already a section called Occasions and Seasonal for Christmas decorations.

New Baby, Welcome Home and non-celebratory are what I am after. I don't want to plug an auction but all mine are in the aforementioned category called simply Home and Garden : Decorative : Hanging Decorations on other websites including large department stores!

Just lumping anything that hasn't a category under 'other' is just lazy. Buyers then have to search through loads of items and give up, like I have done in the past and simply gone elsewhere.

We would prefer New Baby, Welcome Home and non-celebratory sub categories to come under the Occasions & Seasonal category. If you wish to add them under this section please advise how you wish them to be shown.

I'll leave it Andy, thank you. The items I refer to are not Occasional and Seasonal. They are quite simply items for Home Décoration.

Thank you for the other category on the other thread though.
