    You are right - I need two other domains for use in the future, periodically I take a look at what is available and eventually give up. I am happy that the info provided on this thread means that if I can get what I want then at least I can just re-direct them to eBid until I am ready to use them for their intended purpose.

    my web site, my facebook page and my blog all link to ebid. I don't know if it brings any views but since i have them i thought it was worth using them

    Those are links. Dean, thanks to 123reg, is using REDIRECTION. Very smart. Thanks Dean, even though I have several domains registered with 123reg I was unaware they provide this service.

    And what a great domain name you've chosen too. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Whereas, sorry to say this Lofty, but loftys-stores.co.uk isn't worth reregistering -- it screams vanity domain. It's about the person, not the product.
