It's time to get serious!

Good morning all.

Well, holiday season is now over and it's time to get into action again.

The sunny dawn here has given me the feelgood factor and has given me the inspiration to get my brain into gear.

New avatar for me, the 'Phoenix Rising' to symbolise my 'rebirth' on eBid, this time I am serious, previously I only dipped my toes in the water, now I'm going for the big swim.

4 feeside shops now shut and money in the bank from refunded seller fees, yes, I actually got refunds from them for the unused time remaining from each shop

I can't type fast, I only use one or two fingers at a time so the process won't be a fast one LOL!
I could use copy and paste from my closed listings on the feeside, but, I want to re-do the descriptions to give them a new look for eBid.

Could 2014 be eBid's year?
It's time to capitalise on disgruntled buyers and sellers from the feeside!

I feel that this year could see a turning point for eBid. There have been glimpses of good times ahead towards the end of last year and the more who join you and make that break with the dark side the faster those glimpses will turn into the high numbers of regular sales that we all want to see. There are a few things that eBid could help us with, not least the mobile app and API but even without them I still see further progress being made. With them we might see a giant leap forward. I will be joining you on the getting serious as soon as the kids are back at school. Time to get those listings back above 6 million and then on towards 10 million.

Sold one item yesterday and have listed two items today - so a promising start to 2014 on eBid

eBid is looking like a strong place for stamp and postcards buyers.
I hope the word gets out to collectors that there is a strong presence here.

I just went to the feeside to get some info from my closed listings, they've all gone since I closed my shop, 145 closed listings have vanished!
Luckily I had saved a TL CSV of them, else I'd have to research catalogue numbers etc all over again.
So make sure you have any info saved before you close your shop over there.

A very important thing with your listings, is to build them so they can be uploaded to google, adds so many more buyers

I knew it would take me a long time, I've finally got my first ever 100 items for sale on eBid in 3 stores, fourth store will come online sometime next week ..

Now that I've got templates stored in Ninja, hopefully I can move a bit faster.
