Lol, don't worry, you weren't to know that eBid is British if you joined using the USA section.
Ebid's headquarters is in Weybridge, Surrey, England but they do use some servers that are in Texas, USA.
It's a little bit wet here in the United Kingdom at the moment as this video will show !

Remember that this is a British site and support work in British time zone.

eBid is not a British site - like most of the internet it is global, if Gazza & Co decided to move to Eritrea then it wouldn't make the site an Eritrean site. Support do work in a British time zone as well as all the other time zones in the world, there will be someone about 24hrs a day.

1. Yes, I plan to remain in China.
2. Actually, our family operate a small size factory(producing jeans), but in order to supply the one stop shopping service to our clients, we also cooperate with other manufacturer of different items.
3. Not, as our factory are in Chinese, and because of some language barrier, so we do not associated with any organization oversea.

If you plan to remain in China, how will you operate your eBid business activities? I thought that perhaps you might consider commuting between China and the USA location registered with eBid.

I can see how your family's own manufacturing activities, and joint efforts with other manufacturers, could aid in a one stop shopping service.

My third point was actually addressing credentialing organizations within China. I have communicated with Chinese manufacturers who import products. I always limited my contacts to manufacturers that were heavily credentialed as reputable in their business practices. Is your company associated or approved by any such Chinese credentialing organizations?

Hi Kevin, I take it that you are registered in Hong Kong so no problem with eBid.

I have 10 years experience with clothing manufacturers in Hong Kong having imported over £5 million per annum HK-UK for a major UK designer.

eBid is good at working out the details once contact(s) made. Registered location still appearing as Orange, California. If OP is located in Hong Kong, then their visible registered location needs to indicate that. Support would be able to get that sorted. Details added to the About Me Page would also be helpful.
