Hamm's beer sign plate?

Found these in an estate purchase, a pair of plastic lightweight, transparent type plastic plate shape advertisements for Hamm's beer.
Any idea as to what they are, (are they a part of something)? part of a display, or a light, ?
The big question is the duck head, has anyone seen a logo of the duck head?

duck is 8" diameter
bear is 11" diameter
1 " relief
age unknown

The rear view shows tape marks where it may have been stuck on something. Would like to get some history before I list them.
