Thread: Problem with Closed Listings

  1. #1

    Default Problem with Closed Listings

I haven't contacted support yet, as I wanted to wait to see if this sorts itself out.

Before I went out for a couple of hours this morning, I did some re-lists. I logged the number of listings that I had running and those closed to re-list in my spreadsheet, to keep track of my numbers.

When I came back home, I was going to relist some more things again and there are extras in my closed listings. Items that I had re-listed and deleted last night and this morning.

I rebooted my computer and the problem is still there.

So be careful with your closed listings / re-lists.

    Same issue here.

    Problem 1)
Auctions I reposted and deleted at the same time have reposted but not deleted.
    Problem 2)
The sort should show as "Closed - Most recent" but it's the other way around.

    Exactly.

And the number of closed listings was correct this morning. They were deleted but then popped back up later.

Plus I deleted 6 from my closed listings that I didn't relist (this was last evening) and now they are back in the closed listings.

I have the same problem with the most distant / most recent sort in my closed listings.

I have the same problem - items I relisted and deleted are still registering as unsold - and most distant is showing first.
Thank-you for posting this Marie, I thought it was something I had done!

Wonder if something got messed up when they updated the spreadsheet yesterday.

Support asked me for an item number so hopefully will be resolved soon. I understand about the time difference so not expecting anything more today.

No more re-lists for me until this is sorted.

It's almost as if there was some kind of "system restore" on my closed listings that took them back to yesterday afternoon.

Some changes we made today have caused a few hiccups with counts... All should be fixed within an hr.

    Thx,

Don't see the connection with counts and this error.

Yes, there is a separate problem with most recent / most distant in closed listings.

In addition to the recent deletes popping up again in the closed listings. Potential for duplicate listings and confusion in general.

    Thanks for the updates, Gazza.
