Film & TV memorabilia: what's your favourite?

Being a child of the Sixties, I was lucky enough to grow up with Doctor Who, Gerry Anderson, James Bond, Star Trek, The Avengers (John Steed & Emma Peel of course) Quatermass, Man from Uncle, Hammer Horror, Carry On.. and going into the Seventies we had Six Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman, Man from Atlantis. Spiderman and of course Star Wars.
As you can see I was (am) a great fan of fantasy/horror and so as a kid i had loads of Annuals, books, toys all associated with my favourite film TV series. I loved the books ..in the days before even VHS it was the only way to get another fix of your current favourite. What was your prefered type of merchandise and why?

As a child of the 50s and from foreign lands there were very few such things. The only thing I actually remember was a cartoon character called Mecki who appeared in a weekly magazine on the children's page. They did produce story books and at some point dolls. I always wanted to have one of those and 2 years ago I managed to win an auction. The old ones go for crazy money
