Well...eBay has long been known as a haven for scammers and the sale of stolen goods - it doesn't seem to have done them any harm.

perhaps ebid ought to sue Disney for copyright infringement?

They don't need to have backgrounds in marketing. There are a wealth of others who have the necessary backgrounds; they need to draw on the available resources. They probably also do not have backgrounds in law, media production, etc. However, there are many consultants available in these areas as well.

Sometimes staying busy in an onslaught of "activity" can keep one from seeking out the needed wise council of experts and advisors that are readily available. This is not a flash in the pan opportunity, and cautious engagement with this potential windfall is probably advisable.

One can be certain that Disney has the arsenal of consultants, advisors, etc. across the board. With the promotion activities that have already commenced around Toy Story, care might be needed for reverse legal action.

It would seem prudent and advisable to see it as an opportunity that should be nurtured; as opportunity does not always knock twice.

No, haven't disappeared, just work 2 jobs besides selling on eBid and both require no phone and no computer. In my spare (lol) time I help take care of my elderly mother. Wish I had more time to be on computer...but I really am still around!

Hi there busy one. Thank you for getting the ball rolling on this very special opportunity for eBid! Seems your most admirable job is the care of your mother. Much R&R and strength to you as you keep up with your responsibilities.

I totally agree Burgy. If there wasn't an agreement already with Disney beforehand to use the eBid logo I would still be jumping for joy if I was Gazza or Mark ! This is a great chance for publicity and should be used to full advantage.

I really hope there wasn't. If there was eBid should have been better prepared to capitalise on it.
