Hey everyone, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I've been running a small home business on eBay for quite a while, and it was going ok. Then, one day, I get an email from them saying "Your Account Has Been Suspended". I didn't really understand this, so I contacted them, and they said they had concerns that I didn't actually own the stock I was listing. Concerns? So instead of contacting me and asking for proof of stock, they just suspended me. After weeks of back and forth emails, and loss of income, I decided that even if they did re-open my account, I was going to look further afield and find somewhere else to sell.

It was actually my wife who found eBid for me. She'd done a Google search for other people who had the same problem with eBay that I had, and discovered that it seemed to be a trend with them to suspend accounts for no apparent reason. It was in a thread that she was reading that someone had linked to eBid, and she went on to look over here. She showed me, and I was already pretty convinced that this would be the new home for my store. And that was before I read the benifets of SELLER+.

Now, I have my store pretty much set up, I've read through the forums and was quite surprised at what a close, friendly, and helpful community is here - almost the opposite that I have found on other, similar sites. I don't think I could be in a better place to continue my business. I'm now recommending everyone I know who sells on eBay to convert, I seriously can't recommend it enough.
