Add Discount (sale) option availablity

Could we please have the Add Discount option available on relisting-editing page please.

At the moment I am having to relist my items, edit anything that needs changing, preview and list, then I have to go back and edit the relisted item to be able to access the Add Discount option.

This will save me a heap of time and get my work done much quicker.

I would like to see the option available also. I was able to see the option as available from bulk edit.
