IDEA... Can I sell Ebid.net T-Shirts and other products on Ebay?

Why not ask for permission?

I would think they would want input over the quality of anything their logo is on.........so I agree with Pink - ask.

Other people have done similar things before on a small scale. Those people were willing to lose their Feebay account and have trouble with their PayPal account if they were booted for their actions. Are you also willing to take that risk?

It is possible that you will be in breach of Feebay's T&Cs if you advertise eBid in this manner. I believe they get quite funny with people advertising web addresses - especially those of their competition.

It is, of course, your choice.

I dont see a problem myself selling eBid items on eBay, after all it's your property that your selling, someone is bound to buy the item(s) and then check out the link which would bring them here, just dont mention the link in the description or title and it should be fine
