To get on Google shopping, you need to do the following

Currently have to be a £1 or over (yours is)
Have a buy now price. (You have)
Enter a barcode in the relevent box in the listing, if there is no bar code enter "Exempt"
Enter Brand in the relevent box on the listing
The last 2 I can not see, but you may have already done it.
And there must be a least 3 days left to run (I think)

and in my defaults make sure that
eBid to Upload my BuyNows to Google Shopping? is set to yes

Then your goods should be uploaded to google shopping, this does not happen in real time, can take an hour or 2
