Glad you are here.............but it does seem you are having some real issues with identity!! Have you contacted support to get yourself straightened out? Have you somehow missed giving them your location? You can click the help button at the top right of any page, then the CONTACT US, to open a support ticket with them. Or you can email support@ebid.net. It's really strange how your set up looks on the forum.
