Avenger movie 2

With a second avenger movie in the pipe line which avenger do you think should be allowed to join the ranks.

For me i would like to simon williams AKA wonder man join the next film as not only can he be used as a villian and a avenger but he could also star in the Guardians of the galaxy film.

I would love to see the wasp but think that she is more likely to be an appearance in the new shield TV series.
The thing with the new avengers movie is a long way off. Marvel have to squeeze in Iron man 3 , Thor 2 Captain America 2 plus Guardians of the galaxy and maybe an Adam Strange and also maybe a new Hulk Movie and then also see how well DC's Man of Steel and then possibly JLA movie do.
If the the 2 DC movies go really well the marvel will end up rushing through the next Avengers Movie and I hope that they then get it right.

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver have been announced to be 2 of the newest characters to be added to the Avengers 2 Movie and it looks like Thanos will not the Villain in the 2nd one. The Director said he wants to save Thanos for the 3rd movie because basically he is just to powerful a villain to be added in the middle of a trilogy

Yeah i spotted this a couple of weeks ago. still don't think the buzz will last and don't think they will get to even making Avengers 2.
Iron man 3 not done as good as they wanted to at the box office and info coming out about thor 2 doesn't look good for Avengers 2 to work they have to keep people interested and by the looks of it interest is on the wain.
I am more interested in two things the fact that marvel have got the movie rights back for Blade Daredevil and the fantastic four so here we go again with reboots aplenty. and want to see how good the man of steel does. It looks amazing from the trailers i have seen.

Actually no Hulk Movie has been planned for the future. They have been shooting down the rumors ever since The Avenger came out and did so good

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are a good choice for me. They work well from a purist point of view and also from a what-do-they-bring-to t-the-party point of view ("I can't see how that's a party"). Quicksilver is The Avengers Flash (although somewhat less utilised) and the Scarlet Witch brings abilities that none of the others have plus a female and maybe a sexy angle. Their brother and sister dynamic and the fact they are European can add something as well. The fact that they are Magneto's children is a powerful storyline too but is problematic here as Mags is bundled with the X-Men and the makers of The Avengers films don't have the rights to him.

PS. To OP - it's Avengers not Avenger movie.
