Buyer says PayPal does not work for her on eBid but works OK on eBay

I sold an item (eBid 176097784) to a new eBid user in New Zealand.

Sent her an invoice shortly after she purchased the item.

Last night I get this email from her:

I am new to eBid. My PayPal has failed on this site and I have been unable to fix it. It works on Ebay not on Ebid?. Sorry

Has anybody else seen this problem?

I sent her a PayPal invoice this morning and I will wait to see what happens next.

I've sold O.K. to buyers in New Zealand on eBid and had no issues with Paypal.

If they pay O.K. using your Paypal invoice then I would get onto support to tell them what has been said. If they don't pay then you have your answer, they were just trying to get out of the sale !
