What does (private auction) next to a bin price mean

I am watching an auction for a Honda accord. The auction looks like youd expect including an invitation at the bottom to email with questions and for more pictures. Now it suddenly has kind of a subtitle private auction what does this mean? is this now reserved for a particular person/people? Thank you for any help or insight anyone would like to give

I might be wrong but I think it means that if you bid on it nobody will know it is you. Your user name won't be shown at the bottom of the advert if you bid. Your user name gets replaced by bidder 1 or bidder 2 etc.

At present "private" don't mean private what so ever on eBid.
