Not sure Ron lol was up at 4.30am my sleeping is a nightmare with all the meds I take,I have two sleepers a night take them around 7pm so can go to bed at 9pm and be up at stupid o,clock in the morning but sometimes I sleep for ages woke up at 11am one morning then 3 am the next day it's mad I tell ya.
