You get £100 million to 'buy' a team. You have to pick a set number in each position. From those you pick you weekly team, captain and vice captain. Depending on their performance you get points. So if a defenders keeps a clean sheet you get 4 points, a striker scores 4 points, a midfielder scores 6 points. You can make transfers etc during the season.

It is pretty easy to do. Last season was my first go and I had no problems. The difficult part is picking players who can perform well on a regular basis.

it's done on the official premier league fantasy football site. All players in the league are listed with values. So Robin Van Persie is £14 million, Fryatt of Hull is £4.5 million. That stops you having a full team of superstars. And you cannot go over the £100 million, you can go under and have some in the bank towards transfers though.

Go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com and register. You can then pick your team, be prepared to make changes from your selection as you have probably overspent. Then once you have given Ron a fiver he will give you a code to join the private eBid league.
