Why do our listings keep vanishing on Google Products ?

Just tried a different tack and searched for my images. Used "creative fashions" as the search term. There are just under 2,000 listings with between 1 and 5 images, so I would imagine over 5,000 images. Apart from an intruder that shows up fourth images that should be associated with me are first on the list, but only 21. So Google is not picking up 5,000 or so images, or simply not showing them in results.

I really do not understand what is going on.
I used to get sales from 'newbies' that flitted in, purchased what they wanted - and then flew off into the mists of time.
Not any more, no sales to a 'newbie' since 7th July.
I can hardly find any of my stuff on google shopping - maybe some soy wax stuff - I have tried to get 'EXEMPT' into as many listings as I could, that do not have a barcode.
I feel as if I'm wasting my time listing, right now.

This is nothing to do with the EXEMPT. Many of my listings have the barcode and brand, so they should not have a problem, but they are behaving in exactly the same way. The intermittent nature of this, especially if it is time related, which it has been over the last few days makes this rather puzzling as to what could be causing it. No matter what it is eBid need to get on to Google, possibly pointing them to this thread so that it can be resolved. At the moment eBid are paying thousands a month and not receiving the service they are paying for.

If you have the information you should use it, barcode, brand and MPN if you have them. Generally there will be a brand that you can use at least. If that is all you have then put EXEMPT in the barcode box.

My listings appeared again at 9.05pm, but are gone again at 9.08pm.

It needs to go into the barcode not the brand section, there have been several request to have the barcode box added for bulk edit but Ebid has not yet addressed that issue, so for now you will have to edit them individually to put exempt in the barcode section.

Yeah, once eBid knew Google was changing they should have added the barcode to bulk edit.
