eBid Pinterest

During this week eBid announced that they were utilising social networks to promote eBid.

eBid have set up an eBid Pinterest board with sub boards

You will be able to put as many pictures of your eBid items on it as you like.

At the moment I have the monopoly on the eBid Pinterest stamp board

I have my own "MG Stamp Shop" board on Pinterest which has only been going a few months, (learnt about Pinterest on these forums), but people are looking at the items and have repinned them to their own boards.

People browsing the pictures on eBid Pinterest will be able to click on the picture and it will take them straight to the item you are selling on eBid - what more can you ask for?

how do you pin items to the ebid board? I have my own ebid board and thats what comes up when i go to repin. so how do i get onto the official ebid board please

Pinterest have a limit to how many invites can be sent per hour. We are working through everyone in order that they have posted, but may take a day or two to get invited.

I think it is the Pinterest site that causes the delay and not eBid.

Once I applied, I had to wait a few days before I had access to Pinterest

Just a quick update.
Pinterest have a limit to how many invites can be sent per hour. We are working through everyone in order that they have posted, but may take a day or two to get invited.
Please also remember that you do not need to join every board, even if invited.

As I already Pin to the two eBid group boards on Pinterest as well as having my own, I shall carry on with that - I belong to too many group boards already!
