German shops are much more seasonal than ours - they also store non-perishables rather than reduce it - so stollen & marzipan disappear straight after Christmas as do Christmas decorations, but the latter do not appear on the reduced shelves.

I have had a burst of creativity this week as you will see when I pimp my items. They are shoddily made, poorly stitched and look cheap and tacky so no one will bid on them.

See what's happening here? I'm trying reverse psychology but thinking I'm not very good at it.
