Photos not loading

Hi everyone, wonder if you can help. I have not got someone helping me list to raise money for my charity. At times, when she is listing, her photos are only see when her auctions are veiwed. The cover photo can't be seen. Please help.

In section 4, listing type, have you chosen the gallery option ?
