Search Engine results

I've used multiple search engines and have gotten multiple results. eBid has gotten out there. To be listed in Google Shopping it's difficult with Google's new policies about merchandising on their engine. If I were Yahoo I'd jump on this like a panther, but I'm not and they've got some rearranging to do.

But definitely a congrats on the results..Someone is getting others to notice!

what is nectar?

it started off as a reward card for a large chain of supermarkets here - the nectar card. Now you can earn points at many online sites ( including feebay ) and you can also download a nectar search bar which gives you extra points but I haven't done this. I didn't know about the yahoo search tho

When you use the nectar toolbar the search is yahoo's search.

I too have the same user name here + over there: despite having zero listings over there at the moment, today's results are:

Google - over there comes top
Bing - eBid comes top
Yahoo - eBid comes top

Tried some others:
DuckDuckGo - eBid comes top
ixquick - eBid comes top

- search for on-line auctions throws eBid high up on list - also show top ten reviews mentioned in another recent thread

Nectar points are obtained in the UK only - could be an asset to offer on here as well of course......

When you use the nectar toolbar the search is yahoo's search.

I did not know about the nectar toolbar, but it is downloaded now 2 points gained already.

I agree, I have only been on ebid for a month but already I have learnt lots. I'm now off to download the nectar toolbar as I have had a nectar card for years.
