    Welcome to eBid.

Just had a look at your listings, and good to see some more designer items, the more we can get on eBid the better all of us who sell them will do.

A couple of things that might help you.

As a basic seller you have made a great choice using the Platinum listing option. But many sellers would recommend listing on 7-10 days with 10 auto reposts. This would give better visibility on eBid.

Most sales come through Google and Google Shopping. as you use the Platinum listing you qualify for the upload to Google Shopping, so make sure you have ticked all the boxes to get them on there, see http://uk.ebid.net/help_selling.php#48 for details.

To get the views, and therefore sales from Google you need to maximise your keywords. You have 81 characters available so use them. For example your listing 'Authentic Armani Frames - NEW - RRP £165', why not add glasses? and gender information? So if they are men's you could change to 'Authentic men's Armani Glasses Frames - NEW - RRP £165'. The 'Authentic PRADA Scarf - Excellent Condition', is it wool, cashmere, men's, women's. add the details to your titles (and descriptions) and the extra keywords will result in extra views and a greater chance of sales.

Some great items by the way. You will get some sales off me if the wife spots them!

And add a link to your listings as a signature on the forums, of course!

There is also Plug your auctions forum - one posting per day, on one thread which is yours (you can delete and start again any time)

I'd be interested to learn how the op found Ebid too....almost all of the new buyers that i meet have found Ebid via Google search/shopping. As for op....if you are currently an Ebay seller then consider printing some flyers advertising your activities over here, this will raise awareness that Ebid exists and will encourage increased numbers to the site.

I just stumbled across it 1 day... been selling on ebay a while but they take such a high cut of your money now! & I don't like the way they force just paypal when they is other good merchants out there now too. Enjoying Ebid, it seems much more friendly on here...
