Handmade as a top level catagory

Well, seeing as I hand make my soy wax candles, tarts and melts, I would like a hand crafted cat too.
(Agree with Jan, I don't much like the word handmade, prefer hand crafted).
At the moment they have to be stuck in home and garden - decorative - candles & candlesticks.

I so agree with this - it is in a totally hopeless place right now. Personally I list my handmade stuff in the appropriate category for the item and add hand made to the title.

As a buyer, that's how I would look for it ... category and then handmade.

Bumping this up.
Due to the health hazards involved with burning paraffin candles, we really should have a category for natural products that are hand-made.
Suggestion:
Hand made goods: candles and melts: natural Soy/ Beeswax
Hand made goods: candles and melts: Paraffin wax

This is needed! There are wonderful items hidden under Craft where Crafters look, not buyers of hand crafted, individual items!

I feel that in having a handmade top catagory eBid could bring in people that normally shop on etsy or folksy for handmade goods. Even though i make cards there are times when i still buy handmade ones and i wouldnt automatically think to look in crafts for them. i do normally use handmade in my search terms but not everyone does.

please consider this and let us no if it is a definite no or a maybe - please
