I was able to talk about the Give Gain and Grow group to a bunch of people today.

That wasn't my plan. I was at a course session for people training to be course mentors and the trainer suddenly said,

"Sunny can talk to us now about the Give Gain and Grow group"....talk about being thrown in at the deep end. I ended up waffling for a few minutes without any notes.
