How do you advertise eBid?

It has also been pointed out that we 'CAN' do a lot for ourselves and ebid.

Wear your tee shirts at venues. Hand out flyers and backsilver's
facebook banner placed online will all help.


My advice is to stop whinging and get on with it.

Use your enthusiasm to get others involved in your particular project.

There are some great ideas out there, so 'JUST DO IT!'

Lots of good ideas of course - and certainly not whinges if you please - being mooted here

No JFDI or knee-jerks either - just suggestions to make your world better too.

You have to be in it to win it! - as they say - to do that you must put yourself out in more ways than one.

It's not just about efforts - can't fault those - it's about a planned strategy that is long lasting and fruitful.

Yeah, these are the adds I think are stale and need to be updated. They haven't changed since I first joined in 2009 (or not that I have noticed). A company should update its online advertisement fairly often so their adds don't blend into the background.

Snapagogo is owned by the guys that own eBid so I would have thought the eBid promotions would be able to be uploaded....but I couldn't do that.

I will have to change all the eBid promotional banners in Paint before I can use them

I do promotions for lots of companies and those companies regularly update their banners and regularly use formats I can upload to snapagogo

That's right...your promo uploaded right away because it was the right kind of file for snapagogo.

The eBid promos won't upload to there without being changed to the right kind of file...daft!

PNGs upload there...and jpgs but not gifs

Just a heads up but have the boys given permission for their logo to be used in these private banners. If my memory is correct, last year, another member was refused permission to use the logo on advertising calendars, keyrings etc.

From Business model which we have in the past more of 13 years I think many is happy with that model, so I think happiness will continue in the future for the next 13 years…
