When a website set the challenge of writing 7 points about an ecommerce subject, I wrote on ebid and point 2. is

The Special offer includes a free eBid T-shirt but you won’t get it until you email support and tell them what size you need. This isn’t the second most important thing but even the friendly (see fact 7) posters on ebid’s boards are getting tired of threads complaining about non-receipt of T-shirt.

Well...it is in the help files (though it doesn't mention to state the size - so maybe admin are psychic). Maybe it could be made clear elsewhere - but if people don't read in one place then they maybe will not in another.

It could be one of those pieces of information put into a 'Welcome Pack' sent to new users - if admin were to ever pick up on this suggestion.

It is, obviously, not clear enough. I may find it necessary for my sanity to give up the forums. I am getting very tired of answering "I haven't had my t-shirt" and "this place is a rip-off" and "Why haven't I sold everything?"
