Sales are why we are here.

But to achieve that on a regular basis eBid has to be the first point of call for buyers, and this will only happen when they can look on here and find what they want all the time, at a good price and with good customer service when they do buy. That scenario will benefit us all. I would have liked to have seen a corresponding increase in listings with the huge jump in value. I think we need to start climbing back above the 6 million listings and then push on to 10 million, that sort of figure should ensure that there is sufficient choice for buyers along with a massive exposure on Gooogle.

That's over $800,000,000 in a day, listings are back over 5 million (5,022,114 live listings) which accounts for some of it.

Not sure what is happening, but I like it whatever it is.
Am I wrong or does that work out that the average listing is worth $2,200

    Something seems wrong there

There are much of us who dream of ebid's listings steadily increasing from 5 to 6 to 7 million, then 10 etc then 20!

We all know that it would be great.

But that is going to require lots of new sellers and lots of new sellers who come on to ebid and start selling fairly soon, so that they are encouraged to list more.

If ebid could find ways to achieve that, then success for us all would follow.

Yes, which does seem high. There would have to be a lot of listings at high prices with large quantities to push it to that, or somebody has listed a Rembrandt and a Van Gogh or two that I have not noticed.
