I listed this item for sale and only put one picture there have been no bids.... went to pull the item and the site is asking me to upload paperwork like bank statements or utility bills I just want to cancel my acct how do I do it.

Sorry you are having problems.

Since you have a high dollar item they are just trying to make sure you are not running a scam. As I can tell from your description you have apparently dealt with scammers trying to buy from you before or at least you are addressing the issues I have run into from them.

You are not allowed to put your phone number in your listings.

There should have been someway to respond when you got the notification if you don't see it try using the help tab at the upper right of each page. If that doesn't work try email.

I just looked at your listing. The truth is I would never send $2,000 in cash to a new seller. If I really wanted to buy the item, I would insist on putting it in escrow unless the seller had hundreds of favorable feedback earned on eBid.
