Thread: google chargeback after 90 days ?? how to get credit

    Exclamation google chargeback after 90 days ?? how to get credit

    a customer bought 2 items in September using Google check out
    then after 90 days filed a dispute saying that they did not authorize the charge
    Google sided with the customer even though I provided a receipt delivered to USPS as my listings state
    as it was international that was all that was required at that time
    I am changing all listings to reflect only Priority mail or express to avoid other charges

    My question is how to reverse the seller fees from archived sales
    there is not a direct link or email to the billing department at Ebid
    even when I go the the invoice there is not a dispute chare link
    any help will be welcome

    Not sure what you're asking here. Questions about billing should be directed to support: support@ebid.net as they should be able to assist.

    Sorry about the bad customer experience. You might want to think about blackballing the buyer so this doesn't happen again.

    I am sorry this is happening to you.

    If you are wondering if you get your FVF back, then I think the answer would be no because eBid supplied the selling platform for you and you made a sale which resulted in payment and shipping. eBid does not have control of what happens afterwards.

    However, if you still have time, you can edit the feedback you left to warn other sellers so we can place the buyer on our BB list.
