I also think that I am more likely to grow sales on eBid as opposed to constantly battling to keep at the same level on eBay. The work that I do does benefit eBid, but if eBid thrives then I will be along for the ride.

While I fully understand those who list on eBay and eBid, the sooner we can get everybody to ditch them and move to here fully then the sooner eBid can get to the position where it becomes viable for full time sellers.
Yes I can't believe the abuse ebay sellers accept from ebay.
Ebid and its rules are so refreshing, I really wonder why more ebay sellers don't flock to ebid etc.

Some Ebay sellers are moving over to Ebid, but we would like to see a mass exodus....ideally. what has happened is that too many have at some time attempted to sell over here, and it has ended in disappointment....you know the way it goes, they list using the free auction format and wonder why they see no sales.
Another kind of Ebay seller is the one who is waiting until Ebid becomes a bigger player....it is a sort of "no....you go first , then i'll go" mentality. There are some who believe you can only sell here once you have handed over $49.49, they don't know that you can list effectively for as little as 5c.....who's fault is this?.

I agree an app would be great, i'm eagerly waiting for it. i think making a mobile version of the site would do wonders for traffic too, i get so frustrated having to zoom in and out of the full web page when I'm on my phone.

I agree an app would definately boost Ebid and make it easier for both sellers and buyers to access on the go!!! Hope they get one up and running soon.

And they don't even bother to give us updates on the Apps in the newsletters.

Every day on the radio I hear about some new app.

I am also eagerly awaiting the apps for eBid. They are sorely needed to give eBid.net a boost. I have stated this before...better to have an app that works correctly, than to have one that fustrates potentially new buyers and sellers.

So maybe ebid should ask for some ebid members to test it for them !
