Around 9:00 am this morning, I logged onto eBid and found my store name was struck out. I tried to get on the forums and got a message that there was a problem with my email address. My email was working fine, and I had received notifications for the 24 listings that I had reposted earlier in the morning.
Panic . . . I sent an email to support. They responded in a couple of hours, and said I had flagged one of their emails as Junk, causing the automatic shutdown. I rarely get junk email on this account and don't remember any this morning. I received all the emails I expected. I'll have to keep a close eye on things for a while. If this happens again, I'll move to another email provider, but one problem at a time.
What I do appreciate is the fast response and a coherent explanation.
