Yesterday was my 3rd anniversary on eBid. Slightly late but I now have a double celebration with my best month ever in terms of value, and with the most of today still left there are still ten days remaining in the month. My previous best month was December 2012 with 65 sales worth £1232.83, so far for this month my figures are -

Sales: 31
Value: £1286.20

I was hoping to hit £1500 at some time this year so that is looking like a distinct possibility. A lot of this is due to a few high end items. I have sold 2 of one particular listing this month at £105 each, 4 of another at £99 and 3 others over £65. A few of these items are toys which bodes well for the next couple of months, dare I dream of hitting the £2000 before the year is out?

The sale of the more expensive listings has been entirely to newbies, so it does show that if you list items at the right price no matter how expensive the buyers will find them and have the confidence in eBid to spend their money. Now if I can just get a buyer for some of the watches I have listed at £1000+ my current large smile will make me look like the Cheshire Cat.
