A happy morning for me. Sold a suitcase for £159 on the 16th, had contact from the buyer saying they had problems with Paypal but was beginning to wonder if they were actually going to pay. This morning the payment is there, biggest sale of the year so far and with that it looks like I will definately have my second consecutive month over £1000.

For 2013 I did want a month when I sold every day, and January has failed on that score. But so far I have only had one day without a sale, last year I had an average of ten days without a sale and my lowest was eight in December, so sales are definately getting more frequent, and as an added bonus there are far more days with multiple sales.

Still in a state of shock as since Saturday [19 Jan] have had 17 sales! Admittedly, some were charity sales, but every little counts

Yesterday another 4 sales worth £78.43, Saturday 3 worth £32.73. This now takes me past the £1000 for the second month in a row, and it also takes me past 50 sales for the month. If I can manage another 15 sales and £200 it will be my best month on both counts.

Another great positive is that only 2 days have been saleless, last year I was averaging 10 a month so that is a great improvement.

Will be interesting to see whether Gazza declares this month as a record for visitors - November was previously my busiest ever month for both unique visitors and overall number of visitors, that was surpassed on Saturday January 26th with 5 days still to go!

And I have 124 sales this month so far....
