Sold items not in the 'Auctions I Ran - Sold' listing

Hi,

sold some 29 items to a member. All ended up on the invoice correctly. However, when looking at the 'Auctions I Ran - Sold' tab only 24 are listed. As I used that list to sent the items to the client I missed out 5 and have to do so at additional cost. The items not listed all seem to be ones where I have multiple copies and therefore the auction remains active. However, I would have expected something in the 'Sold' list. Very confusing.

Example numbers are 81403537 - 77602591

Can someone explain where I can see a total list of sold items besides teh 'dashboard' option? Or is this a 'bug'?

They only show now on the Auctions I Ran if there are none remaining or when the listing has ended. Personally I prefer this as previously an auction could appear in Auctions I Ran and Auctions I.m Running.

I use the My Dashboard 'Sold' tab for shipping as they al appear on there.

The 'problem' I have with the dashboard is that it only lists limited information (e.g. does not show the SKU or picture). As I use these to locate my items it is much easier to use the 'sold' listing. But now I know they will not show up for a reason I guess that will be my only option....
